Amy is a student at University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, expecting to receive her degree in 2011. She received her Bachelor's degree in 2006 in paralegal studies from Kaplan University.

Amy primarily works with Penny Changaris on Probate, Trust Administration and Conservatorships. However, she is also skilled in the preparation of Estate Planning documents.

Kim has worked as a legal secretary and legal assistant since graduating from Heald Business College in 1982.  For six of those years she handled litigation, first with a Marysville firm and then in Sacramento.  She has worked for John Guth since 1988, primarily as a legal assistant in the preparation of Estate Plans.
